These delicious pumpkin cupcakes are super easy and add a little Halloween flare to your fall!

Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix plus box ingredients
- 15 oz pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup butter softened
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 6 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
Cupcakes:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, the ingredients needed for your box mix (see back or side of box), pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Beat until blended.
- Line muffin pan with paper liners.
- Fill each liner 2/3 full of batter.
- Bake 18-22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool.
Frosting:
- Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until well blended.
- Slowly beat in powdered sugar.
- Transfer frosting to piping bag and frost each cupcake.
