Best Ever Chili Recipe

Best Ever Chili Recipe combines ground beef, bell pepper, onion, and garlic simmered in a tomato and beef broth base with beans and a blend of chili spices. The hearty stew develops deep flavors over a 30-minute simmer, resulting in a thick, comforting chili with a good balance between spicy and savory elements. This classic chili suits family meals and casual gatherings.

Description

Ground beef and diced vegetables such as onion and green bell pepper form the chili’s base, sautéed until softened and browned, adding rich flavor. Minced garlic enhances the aromatic profile. The addition of beef broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and two types of beans create a thick, chunky texture and hearty mouthfeel. Spices including chili powder, oregano, cumin, coriander, salt, and a touch of cayenne pepper build complexity and warm heat without overpowering.

Simmering the mixture for about 30 minutes allows the flavors to meld and the chili to thicken to a desirable consistency. This method delivers a classic chili suitable for serving alone or garnished with typical toppings like cheese, sour cream, or bread on the side.

The recipe is straightforward, ideal for cooks looking for a well-rounded chili with familiar ingredients and balanced spices.
