Big Mac Egg Rolls (BigMac Egg Rolls)

Big Mac Egg Rolls combine ground beef seasoned with garlic powder, diced pickles and onions, and slices of American cheese wrapped in egg roll wrappers. They can be cooked in an air fryer, fried on the stovetop, or baked in the oven until golden and crisp. A special sauce of mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, mustard, and apple cider vinegar complements the savory rolls.

Description

These Big Mac Egg Rolls reinterpret the classic burger into a handheld fried snack. Ground beef is cooked fully and seasoned simply with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. The filling is assembled by layering cheese slices, ground beef, diced pickles, and onions onto egg roll wrappers. The rolls are carefully wrapped and sealed before cooking.

Crisp textures develop whether air frying, deep frying, or oven baking, creating a golden exterior that contrasts the savory, cheesy, beefy filling with tangy pickle and onion accents. The included special sauce mixes mayo, ketchup, relish, mustard, and apple cider vinegar for a creamy, tangy dip that evokes Big Mac flavors.

These egg rolls are suited as appetizers or snacks and offer a convenient way to enjoy burger flavors in a portable form. Cooking methods allow flexibility between oil-free air frying, traditional frying, or baking depending on preference.
