  • 1 Birria Tacos Recipe and Consommé https://www.twopurplefigs.com/birria-tacos/
  • 4 tortillas large size
  • 1 1/2 cups cheese your favorite, shredded
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 jalapeños sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro minced

Notes

  • Don't be afraid to experiment and add your twist to the dish. Add some sautéed mushrooms, peppers or corn maybe.
