These Birthday Cake Waffles are warm and fluffy waffles made with funfetti cakes mixed and topped with fresh whipped cream and sprinkles.

Ingredients
- 1 box cake mix Funfetti
- ½ cup vegetable or canola oil
- 1 cup milk
- 2 egg
Optional toppings:
- Whipped Cream Maple syrup, sprinkles, chocolate sauce, caramel, homemade
Instructions
- Using a hand mixer or whisk, mix together the box cake mix with the vegetable oil, milk, and eggs.
- Heat a waffle maker to medium-high heat. When the waffle maker is hot, add ¾ cup of the batter and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove the waffle and repeat with the rest of the batter. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- To store, place in an airtight container or bag and refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
