Biscoff Latte [Hot or Iced]

The Biscoff Latte combines instant coffee and plant-based milk with Biscoff cookie butter for a creamy, spiced coffee drink. The cookie butter dissolves fully into the warm coffee base, creating a smooth mixture that is topped with frothed milk. Optionally, crumbled Biscoff cookies add texture and an extra layer of flavor.

Description

The Biscoff Latte [Hot or Iced] blends instant coffee dissolved in hot water with sweet, spiced Biscoff cookie butter. Once combined, plant-based milk is heated and frothed, then gently folded into the coffee mixture to maintain a light foam. The latte can be served hot or iced, depending on preference. Crumbled Biscoff cookies sprinkled on top provide a subtle crunch and reinforce the cookie's signature flavor.

This drink offers a unique way to enjoy coffee with the distinct caramel, cinnamon, and spice notes of Biscoff. The plant milk adds creaminess without overpowering the sweetness. Preparing the latte by dissolving the cookie butter fully ensures a smooth texture without graininess.

For personal adjustments, sweetening is optional since Biscoff cookie butter already contains sugar. Using barista-style plant milk can improve frothing quality, enhancing the drink's texture. This recipe can also be adapted by replacing coffee with hot chocolate if desired.

Notes

  • Choose a high-quality instant coffee for the best flavor in this latte.
  • Barista-style plant milks froth better, resulting in a creamier texture.
  • Sweeten further only if needed, as Biscoff cookie butter already adds sweetness.
  • The drink can also be made with hot chocolate instead of coffee for a different twist.
