Bisquick Waffle Recipe
Description
The recipe combines Bisquick pancake and baking mix with milk, an egg, and vegetable oil to create a smooth batter. After resting for at least 10 minutes, this allows the ingredients to hydrate fully, promoting tender waffles. A ⅔-cup portion of batter is poured onto a greased waffle iron and cooked until steam stops escaping, indicating doneness. The waffles come out with a crispy exterior and soft crumb inside. The recipe's simplicity makes it suitable for a quick breakfast or brunch.
