  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil such as canola or olive oil
  • 6 Brioche buns or other buns of your choice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt thick
  • 1 tbsp lemon preserves or juice and zest from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 clove garlic minced
  • 1/8 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper fresh ground
