Ingredients
- 16 Ounces thick cut bacon
- 1 teaspoon tomato powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire Powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon celery salt
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions
- In a bowl or spice jar combine the seasoning ingredients.
- Preheat your oven or smoker to 400 degrees.
- Place the bacon slices on a wire rack over a sheet pan. Liberally season the top of the bacon with the seasoning.
- Cook the bacon for 20 minutes then flip the bacon over and season the other side of the bacon.
- Cook for an additional 15 minutes, or until the bacon reaches your desired doneness.
- Remove from the oven or smoker and let cool for 5 minutes before eating.
