  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese cubed
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce roughly chopped
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 1 pound Bacon cooked and crumbled

For the ranch dressing:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup milk use 1/2 cup for a thicker consistency
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon parsley dried
  • 1 tablespoon chives dried
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crispy. Drain off grease and crumble.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water until pasta is cooled.
  3. While the pasta is cooking, halve the tomatoes, cube the cheese, chop the lettuce, and dice the onion.
