Ingredients
- 2 lices of bacon cooked
- 1 small flour tortilla warmed
- mayonnaise to taste
- romaine lettuce
- tomato cut into thin wedges
- avocado sliced
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp; place on paper towels to drain off the excess grease.
- Heat the tortilla in the microwave for 15 seconds to make it more pliable. Spread some mayonnaise over the tortilla then place the lettuce down the center followed by the bacon, tomatoes, and avocado. Roll and cut in half if desired. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
