Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries no need to thaw, fresh or frozen
- 2 large bananas no need to thaw, fresh or frozen
- 1 1/2 cups milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ice if using fresh fruits
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor. (1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, 2 large fresh or frozen bananas, 1 1/2 cups milk of choice, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, and ice if using)
- Process until smooth.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
