Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries fresh
  • 1/4 cup sugar (or monk fruit sweetener)
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. In a blender, pulse the blueberries, water and sugar. If you want a smoother sauce, blend it longer. If you want it chunky, you can skip the blender and leave it whole.
  2. Add to a small sauce pan and heat on medium-low for about 10-12 minutes until it becomes thick and sticks to the spoon.
  3. Serve warm.
