Blueberry Galette is a quick and easy dessert that's perfect for summer! It's filled with sweet blueberries and wrapped in a flaky crust!

Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh blueberries
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 (9") refrigerated pie crust (store bought or homemade)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchement paper or a silicone baking mat; set aside.
- In a large bowl combine the blueberries, sugar, flour, and lemon juice; set aside.
- Roll the pie dough to a 14" circle and transfer to prepared baking pan. Spoon blueberry mixture into the center of the dough leaving a 3 inch border. Fold this border over the fruit. Top the center with dots of butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Cover well and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can reheat slightly in the microwave if desired.
- Allow the galette to sit for 5-10 minutes when removing from the oven before serving.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
