Blueberry Juice

Blueberry Juice offers a fresh and vibrant drink made from blended fresh blueberries, water, lemon juice, and an optional touch of raw sugar for sweetness. This juice highlights the tartness of blueberries balanced with a hint of citrus, ideal as a refreshing beverage. The preparation involves rinsing and soaking the blueberries, then blending all ingredients until smooth, with an option to adjust sweetness according to taste.

Description

Blueberry Juice combines fresh blueberries, water, lemon juice, and optional raw sugar to create a brightly flavored drink. The blueberries are thoroughly rinsed and soaked in a vinegar and baking soda water solution to remove residues before blending. Lemon juice adds a subtle acidity that lifts the natural berry flavor, while raw sugar can be included to soften the tartness depending on the ripeness of the fruit. Blending the ingredients until smooth results in a refreshing juice with a balance of sweetness and brightness. Serve it chilled for a thirst-quenching drink.
