Ingredients

  • Gluten-free oatmeal
  • blueberries frozen, from Maine
  • salt
  • water
  • almond milk optional
  • chocolate chips dragon fruit, nut butter, etc, toppings of your choice

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, add oatmeal and a pinch of salt, then reduce to a simmer.
  2. Stirring frequently, add the frozen blueberries and continue to stir until the oatmeal is thickened to your desired consistency.
  3. Remove from heat and add a bit of almond milk if desired to thin it out.
  4. Garnish with the toppings of your choice! Get creative and mix it up!
