Blueberry Pancakes Recipe
Description
The Blueberry Pancakes Recipe combines all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt with egg, milk, and vegetable oil to create a smooth batter. Fresh or frozen blueberries are gently folded in to distribute fruit throughout. Cooking on a medium-high griddle until golden brown on each side yields pancakes that are fluffy inside with a slightly crisp exterior. The blueberries soften during cooking, adding bursts of sweetness and moisture to the pancakes.
These pancakes are best served directly off the griddle with toppings like butter, maple syrup, powdered sugar, or a blueberry sauce. They provide a familiar breakfast staple enhanced by the fruit within, suitable for a relaxed morning meal.
