Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach fresh
- 3/4 cup pitaya pink dragonfruit, frozen
- 1 to 2 pieces figs plums or apricots, frozen
- 1/2 cup blueberries fresh
- 1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk or other plant-based milk
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 collagen peptides scoop
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 1/2 tablespoon flax oil
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds mixed with water for 5 minutes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and BLEND! Super difficult. I know.
