Blueberry spinach smoothie recipe is super healthy and easy to make. The entire recipe is so delicious and a great way to sneak veggies in.

Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach (loosely packed)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups blueberries (frozen)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup yogurt (regular or greek yogurt)
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Blend the spinach and the milk together in a blender until combined.
- Then add in the yogurt, blueberries and bananas to the smoothie and blend until well combined.
- Next gradually add in the ice and blend between each addition until the smoothie is the consistency that you prefer.
- Serve immediately while cold and enjoy!
Notes
- You can use regular milk, almond milk or soy milk for this recipe.
- Also, you can add in any of your favorite superfoods to add extra nutrients to this smoothies: chia seeds, flax seeds, etc.
