This creamy, quick blueberry spinach smoothie is perfect for weight loss, healthy breakfast, post workout and snacks! Make without dairy too.

Ingredients
- 1 cup loosely packed spinach
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
- ¼ cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or honey, plus additional to taste
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal optional
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed: spinach, almond milk, oats, blueberries, yogurt, maple syrup, and flaxseed.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, taste, and add more maple syrup/honey as desired. Enjoy!
Notes
- TO STORE: While smoothies taste best right after they are made, you can refrigerate them in an airtight container for up to 1 day. Stir again before enjoying.
