Boiling warm water lobster recipe

Whole boiled warm water lobster, cooked within minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 Medium Warm Water Lobster alive, see Notes*
- water
- ¾ Tablespoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon vinegar

Instructions
- Place your live lobster into the freezer for 15-30 minutes to put it to sleep.
- Keep a large pot with water, salt and vinegar to boil.
- Cut the antenna of your warm water lobster off if they are long. Some varieties don't have long antenna.
- Place whole lobster face down into boiling water and cover the pot.
- Cook lobster for about 5 minutes. Mine is a medium-sized lobster, if you use a large lobster, add 2-3 minutes to the cooking process. Anything more and the meat will turn out dry.
- Take out from the pot when done cooking and take through cold water.
- Serve up whole as is or cut small. See post for cutting and cleaning instructions.

Notes
- Needs to be a live lobster because they need to be fresh only when cooked. Lobster degrade really fast. Warm water lobster are also called spine lobster (see post for other names)
