Description

The chops are seared over direct high heat on the grill to develop a browned exterior, then moved to indirect heat to finish cooking at a medium temperature, ensuring the interior reaches a safe 145°F.
The grilling process takes about 15 to 20 minutes total, and resting the pork chops after removing them from the heat helps maintain juiciness. This method produces chops with a nicely charred surface and a moist, tender center.

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops bone-in
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to 450 degrees F.
- Rub the olive oil on both sides of the pork chops.
