  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce vegan, if needed
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a small pot over medium-high heat. Stir well then bring the pot to a boil. Reduce the heat so that it bubbles gently and continue to cook (with the lid off) for 15 minutes, or until the sauce reduces to about 1 ¾ cups. 
  2. Store for up to 2 weeks in your fridge or up to 3 months in your freezer.
