Ingredients

  • 2 cups bow tie pasta dry
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 1 1/2 cups red grape halved
  • 6 oz cheddar cheese cubed, sharp
  • 1/2 cup green onion sliced

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then salt generously.  Cook the pasta until al dente.  Drain and reserve.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, cider vinegar, mustard, sugar, pepper, dill and salt.
  3. To the bowl, add the drained pasta, ham, grapes, cheese and green onions. Stir to coat with the dressing.
  4. Cover and chill for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
