Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1/2 cup raspberries frozen
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/4 piece avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or hemp seeds
  • 4 walnuts
  • leafy greens spinach, kale, small handful or 1/4 cup packed, choice of leafy green
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 cups milk or coconut water, choice of milk
  • Optional boosts: lions mane, ashwagandha, protein powder

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. 
  2. Pour into a tall class and enjoy!

Notes

  • I always recommend a high-powered blender for these ingredients!
