  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, mix together the plain flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. Place the breadcrumbs in a third shallow bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken piece into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the breaded chicken pieces in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Once cooked, transfer the chicken nuggets to a plate lined with kitchen paper to drain any excess oil.
