- 400 g chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the plain flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
- Place the breadcrumbs in a third shallow bowl.
- Dip each chicken piece into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the breaded chicken pieces in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Once cooked, transfer the chicken nuggets to a plate lined with kitchen paper to drain any excess oil.
