Breadsticks

These breadsticks are made from a simple dough combining flour, sugar, baking powder, and milk, flavored with garlic salt and parsley. The dough is gently kneaded, rolled into a rectangle, and cut into sticks that are coated in melted butter before baking. Baking at a high temperature produces breadsticks with a tender interior and a subtle savory herb and garlic flavor. Their soft but slightly crisp texture makes them an excellent accompaniment to soups, salads, or as a snack on their own.

Description

Breadsticks consist of a soft dough made from all-purpose flour, baking powder, and milk, enriched with garlic salt and herbs for flavor. After light kneading, the dough is shaped into sticks and brushed thoroughly with melted butter, which helps them develop a golden color and adds richness during baking. Cooking at 450°F for around 14 to 18 minutes results in breadsticks that hold their shape with a tender texture and a mild garlic and herb seasoning throughout.

They can be served immediately, complementing a variety of meals, or enjoyed as a snack. Serving options include dipping in sauces, accompanying salads, or alongside hearty soups.
