Ingredients

  • pizza dough store bought
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • olive oil
  • toppings
  • 4 egg large
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage cooked and drained
  • ½ cup red bell pepper diced
  • basil parsley, green onions, chives, or other herbs for garnish
  • Other toppings **see notes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  2. Lightly spray pizza pan or baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray
  3. Form pizza dough into pan using your hands
  4. Brush dough with olive oil
  5. Add eggs to a bowl and whisk, cook in a skillet on the stove
  6. Cut red bell pepper, set aside
  7. Cook and drain sausage
  8. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese
  9. Evenly add scrambled eggs
  10. Add sausage and diced pepper
  11. Add more cheese
  12. Bake in 425 degree F oven for 15-20 or until golden brown and cheese is melted

Notes

  • Toppings - you can also add bacon, ham, or any toppings you like
