Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1/4 cup buckwheat cereal
- 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon flax seeds
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the almond milk, rolled oats, buckwheat cereal, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Pulse to combine.
- Stir in the almonds, chia seeds, and flax seeds.
- Transfer the contents to two jars with tightly fitted lids. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
