  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats quick-cooking
  • 1/4 cup buckwheat cereal
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons almonds chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon flax seeds

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the almond milk, rolled oats, buckwheat cereal, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Pulse to combine.
  2. Stir in the almonds, chia seeds, and flax seeds.
  3. Transfer the contents to two jars with tightly fitted lids. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
