A quick and easy, no cook appetizer.

Ingredients
- 4 oz bresaola approx 12 slices
- 1 cup arugula or handful
- 2 oz Parmigiano Reggiano cheese DOP, shaved
- 1 Tbsp olive oil extra virgin, to drizzle
Add to Shopping List
Instructions
- Place a few arugula leaves in the center of a slice of bresaola, top with some shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, DOP.
- Roll up, arrange on a serving platter and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Serve.
Notes
- You can use other ingredients, but the ones listed are highly recommended for best flavor.
