Brisket Dry Rub

This homemade brisket rub is the perfect combination of sweet and smoky and adds enormous flavor to smoked or oven-braised brisket! Watch the video to see how I make the rub and sprinkle it on my brisket.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup paprika
- 3 tablespoons maple sugar
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
- Use immediately or store in an airtight container.
