Bruschetta Sandwich
Description
The Bruschetta Sandwich combines simple, fresh ingredients over toasted baguette rounds. The bread is sliced thickly then broiled until each side develops a crisp, golden texture. Rubbing the hot bread with garlic infuses it with subtle aroma. The topping is a medley of diced cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and chopped basil tossed in olive oil with salt and pepper. When piled onto the toasted bread, this mix offers a juicy, creamy, and herbaceous contrast. Finishing with a balsamic glaze drizzle adds a gentle acidity and sweetness that complements the richness of mozzarella and garlic flavor on the toasted baguette. This preparation keeps the bread crunchy yet approachable and versatile for a light snack or appetizer.
