Brussel Sprouts (Air Fryer)

Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts are crunchy, addictive, and fast! Dressed with balsamic and seasoned with garlic powder, with a crispy outer shell and slightly caramelized interior.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved (see note 1)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar plus more for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt freshly ground
  • black pepper freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 370 degrees. In a large bowl, add Brussels sprouts, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, and salt and pepper (I like at least 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper). Toss to combine. Be sure to coat the sprouts well with oil so they don't scorch.
  2. Transfer the Brussels sprouts to the basket of an air fryer and arrange in a single layer (work in batches if necessary). Leave enough space for air to circulate around the sprouts without overcrowding.
  3. Air fry at 370 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until the sprouts are tender-crisp with browned edges. Shake the basket halfway through to ensure even heating. Season to taste with salt and pepper and pass extra balsamic vinegar for drizzling.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • Brussels sprouts: Quarter any extra-large sprouts so all are a similar size and cook evenly.
  • Yield: This air fryer recipe will make 4 servings, 1/2 cup per person.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
