Description
This dip combines cooked shredded chicken with softened cream cheese, hot buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing into a smooth mixture. Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken shredded, cooked
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese softened
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1½ cups cheddar cheese divided, shredded
- 2-3 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Pour into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup cheddar and the blue cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Serve immediately with bread or tortilla chips.
Notes
- Assemble the dip up to before baking and refrigerate for up to 24 hours to prep ahead.
- Excess oil after baking can be blotted and stirred back in to reduce greasiness.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days or freeze up to 3 months.
