  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 ⅓ cups cheddar cheese divided, it's best to buy a block of cheddar cheese and shred it yourself. I used a blend of white and yellow sharp cheddar, sharp, shredded
  • 2 cups chicken well-shredded
  • 2 green onion optional, thinly sliced, for topping
  • corn chips for dipping
  • Cracker
  • toasted bread slice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F (190C) and lightly butter an 8x8 baking dish.
  2. Mix cream cheese (with an electric mixer or spatula) in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and paprika and garlic powder and stir well.
  4. Add chicken and cheese and green onion and stir well.
  5. Transfer ingredients to prepared baking dish and sprinkle with remaining ⅓ cup (55g) of cheese.
  6. Bake in 375F (190C) oven for 15-20 minutes or bubbly.
  7. Serve warm, topped with additional green onions, if desired.
