Buffalo Chicken Dip
Description
The Buffalo Chicken Dip combines well-shredded chicken with a mixture of softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo wing sauce, paprika, garlic powder, and shredded sharp cheddar cheese. The ingredients are mixed until smooth, then baked at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until the dip is hot and bubbly with golden cheese on top. This creates a rich and creamy texture balanced by the tangy buffalo sauce and spice from paprika and garlic powder.
Serving this dip warm allows the flavors to meld fully and makes it easy to scoop with corn chips, crackers, or toasted bread slices. The addition of sliced green onions on top contributes a fresh contrast and a mild crispness to the dish.
Pre-preparing the dip a few days ahead is possible by refrigerating it, reheating before serving. Leftovers can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to five days. Avoid leaving the dip at room temperature for more than two hours to maintain safety and quality.
