Buffalo Chicken Pizza
Description
Buffalo Chicken Pizza combines homemade or store-bought pizza dough with classic buffalo chicken flavors. The dough is rolled thin and topped first with blue cheese dressing, which adds creamy tang and moisture. Chicken shredded and coated in buffalo sauce delivers the signature spicy taste, complemented by slices of red onion for added bite. Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses melt during baking to create a rich, gooey texture across the pizza surface.
The pizza is baked on a preheated baking sheet or pizza stone at a high temperature of 475°F, promoting a crispy, golden crust while allowing the cheese to brown and bubble. Once baked, the pizza is brightened with freshly chopped cilantro and green onion, adding herbal freshness that balances the spicy and creamy elements.
This pizza is suitable as a casual dinner or a shareable party dish. It pairs well with extra blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping, enhancing the spicy buffalo flavors. Leftovers keep well refrigerated up to four days and can be reheated carefully to maintain crust texture and flavor.
