Buffalo Chicken Sliders
Description
These Buffalo Chicken Sliders start with slider buns toasted lightly on the bottoms. Shredded cooked chicken is coated with a sauce made by whisking buffalo wing sauce, melted butter, and honey, which adds a hint of sweetness to counter the heat. The sauced chicken is spread evenly on the toasted buns, and the buns are topped to form sandwiches.
A separate garlic butter mixture with melted butter, garlic powder, and chopped parsley is brushed over the slider tops before baking at 375°F until golden brown. After baking, the tops are removed to layer fresh green curly lettuce and thinly sliced tomatoes inside along with a drizzle of ranch dressing for creamy cool contrast.
Once assembled, the buns are replaced on top and served immediately to retain the contrast of warm, spicy chicken and fresh toppings. These sliders offer a handheld, flavorful bite combining spicy, savory, buttery, and fresh elements that work well as an appetizer or casual meal option.
