Ingredients
Buffalo Turkey Burgers
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- 1 clove garlic grated or minced
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 4 Buns
- lettuce tomato, red onion, extra blue cheese and buffalo sauce for toppings (optional)
Blue Cheese Sauce
- 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1-2 teaspoon ranch seasoning
- 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
- 1-3 teaspoons buffalo sauce optional

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the blue cheese sauce and whisk together until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the buffalo sauce, egg, panko, ranch seasoning, and garlic. Whisk together.
- Add in the ground turkey and gently combine everything with your hands. Form the turkey mixture into 4 patties.
- Grill the burgers or cook them in a skillet on the stovetop until cooked through, about 8-10 minutes or 165° F.
- Serve the burgers on buns topped with blue cheese, tomato, red onion, lettuce, more buffalo wing sauce, and the blue cheese sauce.
