Grilled Buffalo Turkey Meatballs, blue cheese dressing & buffalo sauce make the ultimate meatball sub, perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or game day!

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ pounds ground turkey
- ¼ cup celery chopped
- ¼ cup carrots chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic fresh or dried
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 egg
- ½ cup buffalo sauce divided
- 6 hot dog buns or sub rolls
- ½ cup blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium.
- Combine the ground turkey, celery, carrots and garlic in a large bowl.
- Add the chili powder, paprika, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg and ¼ cup buffalo sauce.
- Form into 12 meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on the grill.
- Grill for 8-10 minutes, flip, then grill for an additional 8-10 minutes.
- About 3 minutes before removing the meatballs from the grill, place the hot dog buns on the grill to lightly toast.
- Remove the buns and meatballs from the grill and place 2 meatballs on each bun.
- Drizzle each sub sandwich with the additional buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing.
