- Burrata is a fresh soft cheese from Italy. It comes in a round shape with a fresh mozzarella shell and a creamy curd interior. When you break open that mozzarella shell, the creamy curd comes oozing out. You can eat it as it is, or with Pasta, in a Salad, Pizza, and so much more!
- The caprese salad is one of Italy's staple and it's named after the island of Capri. Caprese comes in many forms, you can have Caprese Pizza which combines the same flavors of the salad. Also Chicken Caprese is a succulent delicious chicken dinner that you will ENJOY more than you think! Caprese Skewers is like having bite size flavors of Caprese on a stick.
- Burrata cheese is in fact a round of mozzarella cheese, but with a cream curd interior. So imagine a ball of fresh mozzarella cheese that cuts open and the inside is a creamy curd that oozes out. It's much tastier than mozzarella and you'll notice the different textures and taste when you try burrata!

- Yes! Absolutely! It's made out of fresh mozzarella so it's tasty, stringy and so good!
- It's best served at room temperature so you can fully enjoy the taste and textures of this gorgeous cheese. I love to keep it at room temperature 30 mins before serving. My other favorite way is to serve it over a hot dish like Burrata Pasta and watch as the cheese gently starts to soften up into the hot pasta. SO GOOD!
