This Burrata Caprese Salad is a fresh and impressive appetizer to serve at your next dinner party! It features juicy bites of tomato layered with fresh basil and burrata cheese, then drizzled with olive oil and balsamic glaze.

Ingredients
- 2 beefsteak tomatoes or heirloom tomatoes
- 8 ounces cherry tomatoes I like to get assorted colors
- 15-20 basil leaves
- 4 ounces burrata cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon flakey salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze optional

Instructions
- Cut the large tomatoes into 1-1.5 inch chunks. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Roll the basil leaves together and thinly slice the basil.
- Assemble the salad by mixing all of the tomatoes together and spreading them over a large plate or small platter. Break the burrata open and tear into bite sized pieces and drop them over the top of the tomatoes. Sprinkle the basil on then drizzle with olive oil, balsamic glaze, then sprinkle with flakey salt.
