  • 2 butter lettuce roughly chopped, heads
  • 6 radish thinly sliced
  • 2 cucumber sliced, Persian
  • 1 avocado sliced, large
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • 2 tablespoons chives chopped fresh

Instructions
