Buttermilk Dressing Recipe
Description
The Buttermilk Dressing Recipe combines ¾ cup buttermilk with fresh lemon zest and juice, mayonnaise, honey, salt, and a clove of very finely minced garlic. Whisking these ingredients together creates a creamy, slightly tangy dressing with a hint of sweetness and bright citrus notes. The garlic adds depth and a gentle savory edge. This dressing can be used to complement leafy salads, drizzle over roasted vegetables, or as a flavorful dip. Allowing the dressing to sit for about 10 minutes before serving enriches the flavor as the ingredients blend. Unused dressing can be stored in a clean jar in the refrigerator for up to a week, shaken well before each use to remix any separated components.
