  • olive oil 1 tablespoon, optional for extra creaminess

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.
  2. Add Parmesan and Seasoning: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, anchovy paste (if using), salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Optional Creaminess: If you want a creamier texture, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and mix well.
