This is the exact same dressing as Cafe Rio's. If I had them side by side I wouldn't be able to tell a difference.

Ingredients
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning packet
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tomatillo remove husk, diced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro stems removed, fresh
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lime juice
- 1 jalapeno pepper deseeded
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the dressing into a sealable container and store it in the fridge or use it right away.
