Cajun Shrimp Kabobs

Just assemble and grill these easy cajun shrimp kabobs--no marinating! With a sprinkle of spices and andouille sausage, they are loaded with flavor!

Ingredients

Servings

Spice mix

  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper oregano, onion powder, thyme, cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, each
  • ½ teaspoon paprika salt

Kabobs

  • 2 andouille sausage cut in 16 peices
  • 16 Shrimp peeled, large raw
  • 16 cherry tomato about a half pint
  • 1 black pepper cut into 16 pieces
  • 1 zucchini cut into 16 pieces

Instructions

  1. If using wooden skewers, soak ahead of time, according to package directions.
  2. Combine ingredients in spice mix and mix thoroughly.
  3. Assemble eight kabobs, using 2 pieces of each ingredient per skewer.
  4. Sprinkle with spice mix, then grill until done, turning once.
  5. Serve two skewers per person.
