Cajun Shrimp Pasta

Cajun Shrimp Pasta combines seasoned shrimp with penne in a creamy garlic sauce enriched by chicken broth and cream. The addition of cherry tomatoes and baby spinach introduces fresh bursts of flavor and texture. The dish balances the heat of Cajun seasoning and cayenne pepper with creamy Parmesan, making it a satisfying main course that delivers a blend of spice and richness.

Description

Cajun Shrimp Pasta features shrimp marinated in Cajun seasoning, cooked in a skillet with garlic, olive oil, and butter. Simmered with chicken broth and heavy cream, it creates a smooth sauce that coats the pasta evenly. Cherry tomatoes add slight acidity and sweetness, while baby spinach wilts gently into the sauce, contributing a tender green element. Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley finish the dish with a savory and fresh touch.

The pasta is stirred directly into the creamy shrimp sauce, ensuring each bite is flavorful and balanced. The rich, smooth sauce complements the slightly spicy, succulent shrimp, while the vegetables provide contrast in texture and color, making it suitable as a fulfilling dinner or lunch option.
