  • cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • 4 teaspoons garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Fries

  • 1 (26-ounce) package French Fries frozen
  • sour cream

  • 2 Roma tomato diced

Instructions

  1. Make marinade by combining olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, minced garlic, cumin, and chili powder in a small bowl.
  2. Add steak to the bowl or to a baking dish (with marinade poured over) making sure meat is coated and marinated for 2-3 hours.
