Ingredients
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 4 avocado
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper pickled
- 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped, fresh
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 ounce can diced tomatoes Rotel brand
- 1 ounce can green chilies Rotel brand
- 1 ounce can green chilies diced
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine cream cheese, avocados, lemon juice, garlic powder, jalapenos, cilantro, salt, and sour cream. Process until smooth.
- Add the Rotel tomatoes and green chilies. Pulse several times to finish the sauce.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
